My computer started making a weird clanking sound last night as it froze. I've made a few backups of some really important stuff, but I've still yet to get the bulk of things, I'm trying to borrow a friends external hdd for now being I'd need tons of dvds even to save all my stuff haha. Mouse and sound froze as well the last time.
#Smoothmouse mac messing up league full
My hdd was near full (20gb left), I delete about 40-50 to see if it would help, but it doesn't seem to be.Įdit2: Seems to be getting worse. Or what it could be?Įdit: Also, the mac is running unusually slow as well. Idk if this is a hardware issue? (which I hope it's not). Little blue/green pixels, lines across the screen, mouse will look like a giant square barcode, things like that. Sometimes I also get graphical errors and artificats on screen. Sometimes it will crash with having nothing more than iChat, finder, safari and itunes running. It's not a certain thing causing it that I know of. Sometimes I restart and it does it again 5 min later. I'm lucky if I get 2-3 hours out of it, around 1 hour average. It's done this probably 100 times in the past 3 days (no joke). Sometimes the screen will just go black, but music will still play. Music still plays, graphics freeze, mouse works. The past few days it keeps freezing, forcing me to restart. It's an iMac, about 3.5 years old, running Snow Leopard. The past few days I've been having problems with my mac. Not sure if this is the right place to put this.
